Tid Bits From the Week / 05
Woah… It's been a while since I've had time (and content) to update this little corner of mine. I'm horrible at pulling my camera out to snap photos of projects I'm working on and bouquets I'm making… Good thing I'm a florist and not a blogger!
number one; I finally had envelopes made bearing my business info! I figured, if the person receiving the flowers really likes them, they have my information and can contact me to send flowers to someone else, or purchase flowers for themselves. A customer chain in the making...
number two; an anniversary bouquet. The note that went along with these flowers was so cute, something along the lines of "We've been married for 5 years and I'm still crazy in love with you." *tear*
number three; Pierre, my dog son, found a blind bird who couldn't fly. It was really sad because the poor bird was doomed… He couldn't eat or drink and was going delusional, I know this because he kept rocking his head from side to side for about 30 minutes until he died. I'm sorry this story didn't have a happy ending.
number four; currently reading Monstress by Lysley Tenorio and really enjoying it! It's a compilation of really creative and entertaining short stories.
number five; a super close up shot of Queen Anne's Lace (currently my favorite "filler") WOW! I was really blown away at how something that looks like white specks is actually a cluster of tiny flowers. When I struggle with my faith, I remember there are beautiful tiny tiny details like this all around me and I feel much better.
number six; I got into a gardening kick a few weeks ago and I'm happy to report that everything is still growing strong!
